We commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is thoroughly planned and executed. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our services.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the service(s) that you choose at the moment or may face some issues with our staff or some kind of unexpected problem. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have already paid for the service(s) via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your services must be a monthly paid service (social media management, website management, SEO management, Social Media Advertising).
One-time delivery services are exempt from being refunded. Perishable services such as ad copy, marketing promo graphics or video, Animation, Branding, or data entry cannot be refunded after being used on online platforms.
Note: The money spent directly on boosting posts or a third-party tool/ website used during the plan can not be refunded.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing your refund request, in order to ensure that your request is genuine and you are not trying to deceive us.
In case, if we suspect that you are trying to deceive us after getting the proper services, we will cancel your refund request with proper evidence. On the other hand, if you think, we got you wrong then you are most welcome to correct it and still can get your refund with proper evidence.
To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with BazalJunaid, You would need to contact BazalJunaid via email at [email protected].
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
If the refund request is granted by bazaljunaid, payments are refunded as follows:
If applicable, bazaljunaid reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
The present Refund policy is part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By using our platform, registering an account, or buying our service, you hereby consent to our Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
